Unfortunately, I'm only back because I was charged with a DWI on 1/01/22. Jonathan was able to work out an agreement with the court for me to plead to Speeding. A huge win. No points, no suspended license just money. However, I can’t say this enough his follow up is horrendous. I understand he needs to close the loop on each case to move on, but it’s the least he can do for his clients. He will not return calls. My final straw was the other day. He collected my bill from the judge and left the office with all the paperwork in his hands. I’m paid in full, he will not respond to text, emails hey nothing that’s the end of it. I wouldn’t trade him gone since he was able to get me a deal with an ACD. Thank you. Let me start off with that he was great before the case began. He seemed very motivated, seemed focusing on my case. This is terrifying when I say that. This should have been an easy one for him in a best-case scenario. Not only did he perform the services, I agreed to fix his billing department when it got messed up. They are sending angering emails and not making sense when trying to pay the bill. If not for that bill, he would have no communication at all. I’m so thankful for Attorney Mills and his hard work on my domestic violence case. He was professional, understanding, and truly fought for me. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, my case was dismissed by the state. As a nurse, I was very worried about how this could affect my career, but Attorney Mills guided me through every step and made sure my future was protected.
